What’s The Role:

 As a Senior Member of Technical Staff, you’ll work with a team of 5-10 rockstar engineers in developing cutting edge data analytics products. You’ll be hands-on with architecture, design, and development, driving projects from 0 to 1 while aligning with customer needs and business goals.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead architecture and development of complex projects in Gen AI, Applied ML, and Data Analytics.

• Ensure scalable, maintainable, and performance-oriented solutions across platforms.

• Drive hands-on design and technical leadership through the software lifecycle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical and business goals.

• Mentor team members and contribute to best practices and standards.

• Stay current with AI/ML trends and incorporate them into our solutions.

What You Bring:

• 6+ years in software development, with at least 1 year as an architect.

• Strong experience in one of the following domains - Gen AI / Applied ML, Data Analytics, Infrastructure / Platform Engineering / Large Scale Backend Systems

• Proven success in B2B/B2C environments with a focus on scalability and performance.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and DevOps practices.

• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• You have a growth mindset, eager to learn and adapt.

• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy wearing multiple hats.

• You bring a mix of technical expertise and strategic vision.
